Cowboy Up!

This little 11 month old guy is all cowboy! He did pretty good with the hat and chaps despite having his nap cut short! We had to be quick to get the shots with the hat - but I think we did pretty good! I look forward to taking more photos of this cutie in the years to come as he is developing a terribly cute personality! Enjoy the sneak peek!

Beautiful Trio

This beautiful family was so much fun to shoot! Little R was a crack up and definitely gave us some silly expressions (I'll save those for mom & dad to see later!). Of course because Little R is a typical 2 year old - we did still manage to capture quite a few good shots before he melted down! We had a great time bouncing around the back yard, laughing, singing and enjoying the sunshine! Enjoy the sneak peek!

Little Red Head

Isn't this little red-head a total cutie?! I photographed her and her big brother a few months ago and she continues to get cuter by the day. She is now 8 months old - a great age for photographers to shoot! She just sat there and smiled and smiled! I can't wait to photograph her when her red hair is long and pretty!

First Time Baby Bump

I love first time baby bumps! This couple was really fun to work with - they are going to be first time parents (well, besides being parents to their two beloved labs!) and they are very excited. They are waiting for the big day to find out if they have a boy or girl - which I think is great - but I don't think I could wait! (I always peeked at Christmas presents!). We got some great shots of this beautiful belly - once the little one arrives it will sure be a lovely addition to this beautiful family! Enjoy the sneak peek.

MIA

So sorry to have been MIA lately! Summer has been busy! I have been working on a few sessions that I was not able to post on the blog for one reason or another. One session was a Boudoir shoot - I usually don't do these - I've done a few semi-nudes in the past - but this one was fun and they turned out gorgeous! Maybe I can share later! :)

Beautiful Eyes

So I connected with a gal that I used to work with years ago to take photos of her two little girls. I knew they would turn out good because they both have the most amazing eye color! It is always fun when your subjects have great blue eye color, but when you run into these green/brownish/hazelish eyes....geeeeezzzzz...just look at them! And that pretty long dark hair! Just GORGEOUS!
Big sis "M" looks like she could be a child model - freckles and all! Little sis "K" loved having her photo taken too - so pretty! I have a bunch of others to process as I could NOT STOP shooting these girls! We had a fun hour or so playing in that backyard - thanks so much for allowing me to take your photos! Enjoy!

Two Little Ladies

These two sweet little girls where such little ladies! They are just 12 months a part in age, so they are practically twins!!! We had fun exporing the gardens and smelling beautiful flowers. It was a super hot day - so our time was cut short as the girls were starting to get run down by the heat, were getting hungry and needing a nap - as I was too!!! The image of the girls together was created using textures (from ground*floor) - something new I am trying out. Would love to hear any thoughts on it. Enjoy!

The "P" Boys

Here is another session with the "P" boys. Big Brother A kept saying "cheeeeeesssssssseeeeeee" - which made for a really funny face - but not so good for a portrait! So, I had to resort to the old tickle monster approach to get a good laugh out of him. Little B was much happier at this session than the last one! He is really developing a cute personality and seems to love being tickled too! Enjoy!

Rocker Chic

You gotta love the hair on this newborn - total rocker chic! Big brother E was a little stinker and did not want to be anywhere near Sister for photos. I love the photo of Mom & Dad's hands on Baby O and Big E's tiny little hand is just to the bottom right! Gotta love those big blues eyes on Big E as well! This little 9 month old is such a cutie! He has an infectious smile that we managed to capture despite his interest in wanting to just squirm and try to crawl around everywhere! A 2 1/2 Year Old and Baby Sister

I took photos of this little boy and his mommy last year and they really turned out great. This year, he is still such a cutie, all BOY, a typical 2 1/2 year old and now has a new baby sister! Of course with being a 2 1/2-year old, he did not want to have anything to do with getting his photo taken with his baby sister!!! We bribed him with M&M's and a present - managing to get a couple of photos of him within close proximity to his sister!! A nightmare for a photographer, when all mom wants is just one good photo of her two children TOGETHER! We ended up having a fun session and we got a few of the two of them together. Baby sister is just a sweet, adorable baby taking in all the action of her big brother! Here are a couple of my favorites - enjoy!
